If offers Protection against fragments from V50 450m/sec (1480 fps) to V50 700m/sec (2300 fps) according to STANAG 2920 (17gr FSP), US Mil Std 662F and meets or exceeds the US Military fragmentation spec for the ACH combat helmet.

Small/Medium: Hat size 5 ½–6 7/8, measurements 19"–21.5"
Large: Hat size 6 7/8–7 7/8, measurements 21.5"–24"
X-Large: Hat size 7 7/8–8 1/2, measurements 24"–26"

So you should need a size large.
