The FAST (Failure Assurance, Survival & Trauma Tool) Ballistic Combat Helmet provides a lightweight and robust platform for mounting night vision and/or observation devices and meeting NVG requirement as mandated by the US Military. This ballistic helmet is also popular among caving and adventure tour operators that need to keep their head and neck protrectable. The FAST ballistic helmet has been tested and is fully equipped to meet the demands of a variety of environments and is fully modular. The combat helmet offers a complete and comfortable fit with four different gasket options to accommodate different style gaskets. There is also the option of adding the optional lift-off goggle retainer for added comfort. There is also a removable and adjustable double gasket retainer for added comfort. The FAST ballistic helmet meets the militarys requirement for a BAL / DefSec certified helmet. The helmet passes both Ballistic and Ballistic headlamp standards and includes an NVG retainer and front and rear chin retentions.
