Velcro attachment straps allow for rapid use (can be put on and secured in under 5 seconds). Constructed of 500 denier Cordura. Level IIIA soft panel meets the new NIJ '04 standard. Adjustable two inch shoulder and waist straps. Three AR style magazine pouches (bungee cord retention). One flashlight/handgun magazine pouch (Velcro closure). One Admin pouch for documents, ID, spare batteries, etc. (Velcro closure). One Velcro loop panel for ID patch. Rear panel: two large pouches for emergency supplies (Velcro closure), one MOLLE strip at top for attaching external accessories and one pouch for optional soft armor panel or rifle plate.image
