Velcro attachment straps allow for rapid use (can be put on and secured in under 5 seconds). Constructed of 500 denier Cordura. Level IIIA soft panel meets the new NIJ '04 standard. Adjustable two inch shoulder and waist straps. One universal pistol holster - Fits most models with and without light attached. Three flashlight/handgun magazine pouches (Velcro closure). One Admin pouch for documents, ID, spare batteries, etc. (Velcro closure). One Velcro loop panel for ID patch. Rear panel: two large pouches for emergency supplies (Velcro closure), one MOLLE strip at top for attaching external accessories and one pouch for optional soft armor panel or rifle plate.image
