This Vanguard Dry Box is crafted with a one-piece aluminum frame with a hard-anodized finish and is built to withstand the most extreme conditions. Another great feature of this Vanguard Dry Box is that it is designed to take just three steps to open. The second step is to remove the padded tie-down straps and place the heavy-duty, molded plastic buckles in place. Then open the buckles, slide the buckles snug into place, and then snap the buckles in place. The last step is to slide the buckles over the top of the case to close the lid.
