Does the “impact detection” on the Vaultek VT sound an audible alarm if someone attempts to walk off with the safe while it is armed?

Yes, the Valutek VT has an accelerometer that you can adjust the sensitivity of the Dynamic Motion Tracking feature through the app. If it senses motion or impact, it will sound an audible alarm, as well as prompt a notification through the app.

Their biometric will almost never work. I sent mine back and they returned it to me saying it worked fine. It doesn't. I can't give Vaultek any more stars than I'd give Optics Planet, and if zero was an option, that's what they'd get.
