Is this the newest model? I mean is it Continental X6 1-6x24i Fiber Tactical?

It's very similar in every way except it's not the fiber dot reticle w/ Mil hashes. I don't think OP currently carries that model, though you can find them on sale on Vector's US website vector2007.com

What length barrel and what bullet is the Bdc based off of?

Safe to assume it's probably a 16" chambered in 5.56/.223
