They would fit a MKII model however there would be a clearance hole for the magazine release that is not needed on the MKII.

The photo of the grey version of this grip is a different style than all the other colors. Is it actually different or is the photo wrong? Manufacturer Answer

The gray laminated wood grips would be the same so its a photo issue.
