These Dry Block Heaters were specifically designed for the food and beverage industry to provide stable heat to sensitive preparation environments. The heaters feature an ultra-thin copper barrier plate positioned beneath the chamber, which allows the flow of warm air to the product surface. A mirror-image stainless steel sleeve encases the heating elements and provides added protection against corrosion. The nickel-plated copper chamber ensures that the heating elements run smoothly, while the durable stainless steel valve (with three positions) prevents the lid from catching accidentally on the heated lid or in the chamber. The heaters also come with a nylon-covered carrying handle and white nylon-covered exterior case. These heaters provide stable heat to a broad temperature range, ideal for a variety of applications ranging from agar plates and general laboratory use.
