The True Round Cork is a standard-sized Scandinavian end type carboy that has a flat bottom, a narrow side wall that allows easy sealing of large volume bottles and long cork outlet. The modified shape of the round shape allows it to be used for sealing round storage bottles, as well as for filling cylindrical culture tubes and flasks. The outer surface of the cork is slightly raised to facilitate sealing. The rounded end of the carboy has a slight lip to aid in pouring. The shape of the funnel allows it to be used for sealing flexible sampling tubes as well as a syringe to introduce air into bottles without allowing any cork to escape into the atmosphere. Caps are color coded.
