These polyethylene tubes are supplied with either single-pouch polypropylene or polyethylene caps with variable openings from venting hole to ground-seal position. The second half of the polyethylene cap has a dual-position opening allowing either side to vent. The third half is supplied with either a single-pouch polyethylene cap or PP cap with variable openings from venting hole to ground connection or dual-pouch PP cap with variable opening. In addition to supplying culture media for molecular weight measurements and physical/enzyme activity curves, these tubes may also be used for culturing cells, exosomes, feeders, or as capsules in sterile microbiology applications.
