Finally, a general-purpose pipet that performs like a reusable pipet. This general-purpose transfer pipet is manufactured without breakable glass or plastic. Designed to handle the myriad of solutions and buffers in molecular biology research, it is ideal for storing, removing, and diluting solutions. In addition to being economical, this pipet is reliable, free of contaminates, and easy to use. The tip is made of polyethylene, extruded from the pipet manufacturing process. Polyethylene converts into a clean-handled device as the solution dries. To use, simply remove the tip from the vial, insert the pipet into the tip, and gently blow or blow lightly to dispense desired volume into the tip. Pipet tip is made of polyethylene, and the pipet body is made of polypropylene. Supplied with an adjustable, reusable stir bar for additional sample retention.
