The kit contains a hollow fiber brush, iodoform developer, a hollow fiber pick, a Vibration Isolator, and a selection of traditional and novel separation membranes. A maintenance schedule is incorporated into the kit. The color change occurs after the last fraction of the sample is removed by the plunger. A soap-based indicator is included.
