These plug-type caps are manufactured from rugged polyethylene plastic and are well suited for containing a wide range of media. The plug-type caps are supplied with either a Bayonet-type lug or an automatic capillary vent valve. The presence of a vacuum in the bulb assures a tight seal; they feature a distinctive, ribbed surface for good lubricity. The low-friction plug reduces the possibility of surface retention; and the premoistened sealing ring eliminates the need for alternate caps.
