Inert tissue grinders utilize stainless steel plungers with pure PTFE heads and a precision borosilicate glass vessel. The tissue grinders allow passage of materials down to the bone, through pores, or along solidified blood clots. The grinders permit passage of materials down to the bone, through blood clots, or along sinusoidal veins. One end of the grinder has an enlarged area for processing biopsy material. These tissue grinders feature a removable handle for easy cleaning, and a flanged base for standing on the bench. A lanyard is attached to a clean stick of PTFE with a Cowie safety valve.
