These all stainless steel test sieves feature a unique half-round shape, with a smooth, rounded bottom and a raised rib at the top edge for pouring and filling. The smooth inside eliminates blockage and clogs easily, and the raised rib provides a smooth, even flow across the sieve apertures. The special ribbed top opening provides access to the bottom of the sieve for visual inspection. Openings in the cover may be set by the use of the cover notch on the top and back of the sieve. Sieves without covers are excluded from the ASTM E11, ISO 3310, and NIST traceability programs.
