Product Category Description:

These clear, polypropylene connectors are designed to connect flexible tubing to clear, flexible bottles with an outer ridged surface that prevents kinking. The wide-mouth design allows for easy dispensing into bottles from a supply cylinder without having to hold the bottle level. The wide-mouth design also permits easy dispensing into bottles that have been capped. The polyethylene (LDPE) body and shock-absorbing o-ring ensure safe, leakproof performance. One-piece, die-cut J-shaped body has a polypropylene (LSR) body with a polyethylene (KRA) nipple on one side, and an inner KRA-T shaped body with a tapered collar to prevent pinholing. The nipples retain their shape after the sonic test is completed. The connector has an outer surface that is free from damage, pitting, or misalignment. The K461-T connector has an flange on one side and an inner surface that is crimped. A crimped shape allows the flow of fluids to flow in one direction. There is no flow throttling or chattering of the tubing due to the shrinking or expansion of the tubing. The flat, smooth bottom of the connector allows it to seat securely against tubing or equipment. A bulky gauge is included with each connector to help insure a proper orientation of the tubing or tubing.
