Product Category Description:

The glass cover slides from Vista Scientific are specifically designed to fit over DS Pan slides, providing a good, clean view of the specimen under examination. A special anti-fogging treatment is applied to eliminate the normally observed fissures and buckling that are inherent in all glass slides. A soft buffer is applied to prevent scratching and to ensure a flat and smooth appearance. The frosted writing area provides a dark background for writing notes or numbers, and is an important aid in accurately transcribing data. Borosilicate glass slides are used because of their stability and easy etching.
