The Ever Scientific VistaVision Rectangular Cover Glasses slide is also very transparent, with high light transmission and transmission characteristics, eliminating the need for special stains or special etching procedures. These cover glass slides come with a non-woven cotton back that is very breathable, and provides the necessary air circulation to prevent the slide from fogging. The cover glass slides are all made from borosilicate glass, which is a very pure and durable material that has been used for many years in scientific research. The Ever Scientific No. 11/2 Cover-Glass Slides have precision ground bevels on the bottom, and are covered with a non-woven material that reduces surface reflections and thus provides a much clearer image than glass cover slides.
