This was the answer to switching scopes on a take down rifle for Africa. It allowed me to change scopes from a nightforce 1-8 power for thick brush on a 375 ultra mag to a 4-32 scope on a 338 edge for plains game.
I already have a set of these rings and these are just as good. Used them to mount a crimson trace 3-24x56 scope on my ruger lrt. Everything went together perfectly. The other set i have had for more than a year and no problems at all.
