Will this adapter fit a flat bottom rifle stock forend? My stock has no curvature.

This one would not be a good choice for the flat bottom forend on your stock.

This is designed to attach to a sling swivel stud. The sling swivel stud is its only attachment point.

This is an excellent swivel adapter. It's well made and fits perfectly. You have to fiddle with the stud and get it at the right height to install it but other than that, it installs easily. If you need a picatinny adapter, I recommend this one.
