This tool is not square. It needs own "lapping" first. Steel material is rather soft and I doubt it can be used even a few times IF it is properly machined. Spend a little more and buy something else.

Also, honing the surface can produce optimal positioning of barrel nut so ideal torque can be achieved along with proper gas tube hole alignment.
