The WTI 556 suppressed upper assembly is a combination of select components designed to deliver virtually zero POI-Shift, extraordinary flash reduction, significant recoil reduction, limited gas to the face, and a significant decrease in dB/sound. All this in a smaller package, equal in length to an unsuppressed rifle with the smallest OD offered so that you can benefit from the modern diameter handguard. And only one NFA tax.

Whisperteck had access and clearance to use the two most advanced particle and gas flow simulations in existence, running weeklong simulations on some of the fastest supercomputers available. With this experience, Whisperteck has the unique ability to strip the hot muzzle blast away from the projectile to progressively cool and lower the pressure to a controlled release that results in lower dB.

Whisperteck does this in a way that reduces backpressure and is superior at managing the heat to make a more durable suppressor. Most importantly we designed a way to do this without reducing the weapons accuracy. In fact, using our suppressors often increases accuracy.
