This grip is for the “Carry” size. Some folks refer to that as Medium but I recommend finding out exactly what you have before buying. It fits the C meaning Carry, not Compact. Compact is one size smaller in the grip and has a cutout to flush-fit a 15rd magazine.
I have large hands and this grip feels great compared to the factory one.
