Are these rounds for practice only or sell defense as well? Expert Answer

Full metal jacket rounds can be used for self defense, but they are not the preferable ammo type. FMJ rounds penetrate more and do only linear damage. Hollowpoint ammunition transfers more energy into the target, achieving a greater chance of stopping the threat.
