Product Info for Winchester .45 ACP Unprimed Handgun Brass
The Winchester Unprimed Pistol Brass Cartridge Cases - 45 ACP (Unprimed) 100/box is high quality hardened casings extruded from selected premium quality brass. The casings are annealed, remove sprue etching, skeletonized (stiffening) and finally sanded and deburred. During the annealing process a staining appears near the neck of the casings. This staining is normal and will not affect the shooting properties of the casings. Because of the annealing process the color of the casings may be lighter near the neck. Because Winchester Pistol Brass Cases are stamped "Unprimed" there is a small amount of filler in the casings. Because of this there is a slightly larger hole in the center of the case. However, the difference in the neck wall is minimal. Overall the Winchester .45 Auto Brass Cartridge Cases are hardened to withstand reloading.
