The Winchester Super-X 4 Barrel is just what you need to replace your worn out shotgun barrel. You can do so in a number of different ways: by trading the traditional open web rib section to fit flush with the receiver; an angled or straight cut rifled floorplate; a comfort grip; or as a cantilever type to fit over a stubby shotgun frame to add additional length. However, the most practical and versatile way to replace a shotgun barrel is to use one that is an aftermarket rebarb. Winchester-manufactured Cantilever style shotgun barrels provide the extra length needed to shoot longer distances with little or no choke tube interference. They must be set on a strong, true breech system that eliminates any slack that may cause knock-off rounds. A poor choice when you need an elongated and highly functional shotgun barrel.
