This is the second go at the "Ninja" that I designed it on. The exact body size is almost identical to my patented Hoofed Glider. It has become one of my most productive calls on the farm. I have found it extremely difficult to actually use the "Ninja" for anything but challenging calling. I have found that challenging to get an even remotely close sound from it usually indicates that the bird is not happy. I have found that letting it ring a few times usually does the trick. The reed is set so that it can be blown very easily without having to bite down on the end. I also find that letting it ring a few times usually makes the difference between a frustrated caller and one that makes a gobble or yelp all the way up to a kiss.
