Designed for the U.S. Military this magnesium fire-starting tool is capable of successfully starting thousands of fires, without the use of matches or lighters. Even works when wet! Specifications: - Dimensions: 1 7/8" L x 1" W x ¾" H - Weight: 2.7 oz - ½", ferrocerium rod throws sparks at 3000° F - Body made of magnesium shavings burns at 5610° F - Tinder shaver cuts fine wood shavings for tinder - Custom striker w/ cord included - Bullet hole can aid in use of gun powder as an ignition accelerant for damp wood - Stryke-All, water-resistant match striker attached to sideimage
