The full-size Carson 8x42mm XM-HD Binoculars XM842HD feature Carson's new HD optical coating technology. HD technology offersimage improved light transmission for even greater contrast, greater brightness and greater clarity. With the introduction of the new XM-HD 8 x 44 model, Carson brings to the marketplace a level of high-end optical performance not previously found at these price points. In the few short years since the launch of the original XM binocular line-guides, hunters and birders who have used them, have come to appreciate and respect Carson as a source of premium optics at affordable prices.

Building on the successful XM platform, Carson 8x42mm XM-HD model incorporate premium features and elements key to lightweight, well-balanced, full-sized binocular design. Carson 8x42mm XM-HD Binoculars XM-842HD have fully-multicoated lenses and phase-coated optics ensure crystal clear images with less glare and full range of color to allow the user to view and pick out even the smallest details. Rubberized armoring of Carson 8 x 42 mm XM-HD Binoculars XM-842HD offer protection from bumps and dings and provides a positive grip in all weather conditions. Carson 8x42mm XM-HD Binoculars XM 842HD bodies are nitrogen filled and o-ring sealed making this XM-HD Binocular Model excellent waterproof binocular, fogproof binocular and dustproof binocular. Center dial focus is quick and smooth. Carson 8x42mm XM-HD Binoculars XM-842HD offer twist-lock eye relief cups, right diopter correction and are tapped for tripod adapter. Carson 8x42 mm XM-HD Binoculars XM842HD come with a soft case, carrying strap, lens caps, binocular strap and cleaning cloth.

XM and XM-HD models are backed by Carson's "America's Best Binocular Warranty". In the event that binoculars are damaged, regardless of cause, Carson will repair or replace them for a total cost of $12. This includes all return shipping and handling fees, NO HIDDEN CHARGES! If binoculars are found to have manufacturing defects, in materials or workmanship, Carson will repair or replace the unit and return them FREE OF CHARGE.
