does this device come as a pair or do they come as two separate devices? I need a pair, one for left and one for the right. Manufacturer Answer

They come as one unit, for one ear. the same unit can be worn on left or right ear because the kit comes with left and right ear hooks. But to be clear. this unit, this price is for one ear unit, not 2
