Product Info for Pulsar X870 Digital NV Monocular
The Pulsar is equipped with a jack allowing connection of external video recording sources or TV set facilitating long-time stationary viewing. The Pulsar night vision scopes are equipped with an original mount fitting which combines a .25in tripod socket (to enable mounting on a tripod) and a Mil - STD 1913 weaver short rail to enable mounting different accessories including auxiliary IRs, sound amplification and other systems. The use of SumLight substantially increases sensitivity of the CCD array thus enabling observation in low light without using the IR Illuminator. Digital night vision scopes Pulsar X870 are supplied with built-in IR Laser Illuminator complying with Class 1 laser safety. The laser IR Illuminator operates in the covert IR range (915 nm), invisible to the unaided human eye. Operating time can be significantly extended by using high-capacity external power supply units attached to the X870 via an external power jack. During continued use in freezing weather, the external power supply units can be stored under the clothes.
