Yes, the Agency Arms Compact/X-Carry Compatible Mid Line Threaded/Fluted Barrel is compatible with the P320 M18. However, you must remove the LCI (loaded chamber indicator) on your M18 for the barrel to function.

So i bout this over the factory sig barrel because i was runing the agency arms comp and thout it was worth the extra money...wrong the finsh rubed off in less then 20 rounds.runs great but if you got the oem that would be the way to go
