Specifications say “Red Dot Sights-Footprint: RMR.” Will it fit securely on a RMR mount plate? Manufacturer Answer

This is an error on the optics planet item specifications, this optic only fit's onto shotguns with a shotgun rib above the barrel such as with over under shotguns. It will not fit the RMR footprint or any other common pistol mounting footprint.

The mounting brackets included with sight allow the optic to be utilized on most standard shotguns. Its large 9 MOA red dot simplifies lead visualization, enhancing the automatic refinement of muzzle swing and positioning. The optic is sleek with no protruding features, providing a clear field of view with both eyes open. The low optical axis of 15 mm allows proper gun mounting.
