Product Info for ALPS Mountaineering Acropolis 3-Person Tent Floor Saver
Designed to fit the Acropolis 3P tent, this Floor Saver from ALPS Mountaineering is a rectangle shaped piece of fabric that provides a water-resistant barrier between the tent floor and the ground. The fabric is slightly smaller than the tent's floor dimensions, so air can move freely under the tent. Now that you have the waterproof floor saver, you can go ahead and pitch the tent and go camping. The floor saver protects the tent floor from damage and prolongs the tent's life span, as well as adding another layer between the ground and your tent. Another great advantage to the ALPS Mountaineering Tent Floor Saver is that it uses shock cord to stake the fabric to the ground, whereas the tent's fabric has no cord at all. By using the shock cord, the stakes can be put into the ground without having to use pegs or nails, which will eventually cause the fabric of the tent to sag.
