Product Info for American Defense Manufacturing Rail Mount QD Socket
The Patented US Patent No. D652,887 Gear Sector Rail Mount QD Socket provides a forward mounting location for those who wish to utilize our two or three point sling with our QD push button adapter. We designed the mount to fit perfectly flush with the Tango Down rail panels to provide an uninterrupted rail space. The socket was designed and machined to prevent rotation which in turns prevents your sling from becoming twisted.
Installation is straight forward. Simply loosen the socket head cap screw. Remove the screw / clamp assembly. Apply a drop of Vibra-Tite VC3 ( included ) to the last few threads and allow to dry. Slide the mount onto your rail system, insert screw / clamp assembly and tighten it down with the included allen wrench.
