I have an EAA CORP CHURCHILL 612 12 GA 18.5" BARREL 3"-CHAMBER 5-ROUNDS. Does the Choate Tool Cz 612 - 8 Shot Magazine Extension be a good fit?

depends on your definition of a good fit , will it thread and be solid and work as advertised ? YES ....... the issue is your personal choice the +3 mag ext will extend past the 18.5 inch barrel by about 3 inches ...... if that is a issue for you get the +2 ext it only extends past about a 3/4 inch.
