very good for price
Took a long time to come but the 612 isn’t a common model so it’s understandable. Tube extension is very good quality.

Excellent product with a word of caution
I installed this +3 mag extension on a CZ612 which is an awesome shotgun for the price. The extension device is very well made and works as advertised. The only issue is that the orange shell tube plug causes the last shell to jamb. I replaced it with my original metal plug that came with the stock CZ and it appears to have solved the problem. All shells feed and fire including the last one. The extender took me from 5+1 to 8+1 and although it extends past the barrel, it's not an issue. Shot doesn't spreading enough to do a tube strike just a few inches out of the barrel.
