The photo of the DD sling mount on optics planet looks different than the stock photo on Daniel Defense's website. Is the one you carry a older model? Expert Answer

Manufacturers do not always notify us or send us updated images when they make changes to a particular product. As a result, sometimes our images may not be of the most recent version of the item. Despite the images, we are carrying the most recent version of this sling attachment point. I apologize for the confusion.

Highly useful for rails in need of a QD socket. It comes with a swivel but all of my slings already have their own. If you attach this to your rail, your wife will stop looking at better men than you.
