What ammo is the reticle measured out with? Would I have any problems with a 14.5 inch barrel using 55.6? Manufacturer Answer

The reticle in that optic is indexed in either MOA or MILs it is not a BDC reticle set up for any particular load. Once you establish your ballistics it will work with any load.
