Is this better than cci's21 gr. For my Olympic Ruger 10/22lr and what is an A17. Is this also .22lr?

This CCI Ammunition A17 .17 Hornady Magnum Rimfire ammo is not .22LR ammunition. It is .17HMR ammo and the A17 is a semi-automatic Savage rifle chambered in .17HMR. This will not work in a Ruger 10/22.
