Yes, magazines for the P-10 F will also work in the P-10 C but will extend beyond the bottom of the grip.

Yes. The CZ-USA CZ P-10F Magazine will fit a CZ P10S but will exceed the length of the grip.

Can this be converted to a 19 round magazine? I must have ordered the 10 round magazines and I was looking for the regular 19 round CZ P10F magazine.

This can not be converted to higher capacity magazine. The metal is pressed so it can not fit any more than 10.
