Is this mil spec? Do you need an adjustment gas block or any recommendation what weight of buffer to use? Thanks

The geometry is mil-spec, but the weight is not. This BCG uses a grade 5 titanium carrier which is significantly lighter weight than steel. You do need an adjustable gas block to use as it is intended. Tune your adjustable gas block so your brass ejects at approximately 4:30 and you will achieve a reduction in felt recoil. Using a heavier buffer instead of using an adjustable gas block simply results in the weight being added back in.

Do they come in 308?
