Nice pants even for office
These pants are well constructed, feels solid, and looks just like regular pants that I can wear to work. Fitting-wise it’s true to size. I am glad 5.11 started to make the 33 waist pants and I would recommend this to my friends.
great stealth tactical pant
High quality material and construction. Def meets slim fit expectation. Waistband is stretchy which helps with concealed carry accomodation. Doesn't scream tac-pant, so a great choice if you need something that blends in well with regular life. Works great with my IWB and OWB carry kit.

QC issues on 5.11 defender slim fit
I bought two prior in brown. Really good fit and flex on the waist. Then I purchased the charcoal and fit loose and weird on the hips. Maybe they changed the fit? I wear them as my pants that I don’t care if they get dirty. Color still looks good after 15-20 washes. They need some QC though.

Slim straight
I am 5’10” and 178lbs with a slim build. Pants fit great with some stretch in them. I washed them several times and no color fade. My only disappointment is this slim straight fits a little baggier than my brown one. Overall good pants. Maybe not the best for hot days as the material does not breath well.

5.11 defender flex-slim
I love these pants. I can never find a pair of any pants that are a waist size 31 and that’s THE waist size I need. These pants seemed to be designed to have a little give so that they feel the same in the waist even while carrying. I bought one of each color in the size I could find. 31x30 fit me like a dream at 5’10” 175lbs for a active guy that still eats pizza on occasion.

Tactically functional without being tactical
Excellent pair of pants. Third purchase of the 5.11 Defender-Flex jeans and pants. This slim fit is comfortable and looks great. Accommodates my EDC CCW's both large frame and compact, spare mags, etc. Backlog tells me super popular and I'm glad Optics Planet got 'em and delivered as fast as possible given that I'm in Guam, U.S.A. Waist and inseam accurate and the material is very soft and flexes in all directions so I never feel constricted in any position. Make sure to wash before wear; got the volcanic and started to notice I had bluish hands (got the Volcanic).

Cover your 6
The 5.11 Tactical Defender-Flex Slim Pant is one of my favorite 5.11 products.
I love the fit and features of the design. They are as comfortable at the end of your day as when you slid into them. I can carry my Leatherman, and extra single stack magazines in the “6th and 7th pockets which are conveniently located between the two patch hip pockets and… my hips. They make it less obvious that you are “Mission Ready”
I have enjoyed the indigo blue for a while and now enjoy the stone color with the same wonderful fit and function.

Good for the range and good for the street
I have 2 pairs of these and it’s my go to for the range in the winter. very slim, super stretchy and durable. I like this better than Vertx delta stretch. For the price you can’t go wrong. They are not skinny but they are slim, and can conceal edc well.
