I've dreamed of owning a backpack from 511 for a while now. I finally saved up enough to get the Rush 72 and I couldn't be happier. I can't believe how much space is available to hold all my gear. This bag has an endless amount of pockets and spaces to keep everything organized and in its place. If your looking for a backpack that will hold up to any type of abuse then I'd recommend you give this Rush 72 an opportunity to serve you. I like the weight and the fact you can adjust everything to make it more comfortable to wear is a huge plus.
Pros:
- Quality
- Rugged and reliable
- organized, easy to carry around full
Cons:
- Price (but honestly, pretty cheap price considering the quality).
Best Used for:
- hunting
- hiking
- Prepping
- Camping and survival

This pack is meant to hold enough supplies for 72 hours - 3 days. I currently use it as a carry on when traveling weekends and as a bug out bag the rest of the time. It is heavy empty, which is because of the reinforcements, padding, etc. This may deter some folks who want to fill it completely with firearms and Ammo, because it would considerably up the weight. While I agree, the padded straps and the way it rides on your back are ideal for properly dispersing the load. If you want lighter weight, go with the 48 hr 5.11 bag. Honestly this 72 rush is plenty of storage for my needs and the $50 gift card that was available at the time for free is what tipped my buying decision.
Pros:
- Plenty of storage
- Good Padding
Cons:
- Heavy even empty
- mesh interior pouches

Haven't used the bag yet, but it looks to be incredibly well made and there are spots for anything and everything! This thing could be used for almost any type of travel, recreation, or a bug-out-bag. First time with a 5.11 product, and my first impression is good... Time will tell.

Very comfortable to use. Carries plenty of gear, just be smart about how much you put in - it will hold more than you can likely carry. This is more than enough for two nights afield. Durable, well worth the money.
Pros: It's all here
Cons: None

I was a bit surprised by its weight, but then looking at the quality and ruggedness of the pack it makes since. Haven't put it thru it's paces yet, will be travelling in a few days and expect it will do well!
Pros: Well made, built to last.
