Most Helpful Positive Review AIM Sports 2.5-10x40 with green laser
I own 2 of these and have NEVER had a problem with either. All adjustments work just fine. The green laser adjusts using the included small allen wrench. Zeros out good, on paper with a laser boresight @ 75-150yd. What amazed me is it comes with the quick disconnect and after removing the scope and ...

This scope is less than useless. It has a 100 yard adjustment that's married to the actual 1/4 adjustment. The cap for the elevation know is part of the 100 yard elevation adjustment. Move one move the other. Move the 100 yard adjustment and zero moves. Don't waste the ammo trying to figure this thi...

AIM Sports Scope with Green Laser

by David, Verified Owner from IL, United States Written on June 2, 2024
This scope came well packaged, with batteries for the reticle and laser included, plus a wrench for adjusting the laser. It mounted on a Picatinny rail much easier than using rings. Zeroing the reticle was easy, using one shot at a time from the bench. After zeroing, it was simple to bring the laser to the same point of aim while looking through the scope to the target. The laser will make this an effective tool for nighttime varmints in the garden. The low price makes this an incredibly sweet deal.

AIM Sports 2.5-10X40 Dual Illuminated Rifle Scope w/ Green Laser

by Grumpy, from MO, United States Written on January 10, 2024
There is a lot to like about this scope and laser and a little that could be made better still. The price for adding it to my project was excellent. I have it mounted to a Meta Tactical APEX carbine housing a PSA Dagger. Makes a very nice little bullpup configuration with the 16 inch barrel now sporting a scope for distance and green laser for closer targets. Due to the blizzard, I have not had an opportunity to shoot with the scope yet but am pleased with the appearance and solid feel of the combination as a whole. The scope is exactly as expected and the green laser seems spot on to the scope reticle. The scope allows you to pick red or green or black reticle with adjustable brightness. I like that. I would prefer something other than the mil dot, but it was not a deal breaker. My biggest complaint is with the remote switch to the laser, which can be removed to use just the laser on/off butt switch, (if you can live with always on or always off). If you want a little more control of the laser, you have to use the remote. The remote activation pad is not very imprssive. It works but feels cheap and fragile. If I can find a better one that fits, it will be replaced. Secondly, the lock down thumb screws for the scope base are pretty big, interfering with use of the APEX charging handle on the right side. Fortuunately, the carbine also has a left side charging handle. I like the scope and laser enough that I will test it on some other carbine/medium rifle calibre ...

Inconsistent zero!

by Unhappy, from CA, United States Written on December 14, 2023
I put the scope on my PCP rifle which produces no recoil whatsoever, I cited the rifle in at 30 yards with the same pellets that shot dime size groups with my other rifle scope. It will not hold a zero with the reticle or the laser, it will group 2 to 3 shots and then will wander off in another direction. A piece of junk! I will be sending it back, I hope I don’t have to pay for return postage.
Pros:
  • None
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Fishing sinker

depends on your rail

by Doc, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on December 13, 2023
If you mount this on a rail that isnt as wide as an AR pattern picatinny rail then the site rotates counterclockwise on tightening
I mounted it on a Henry using a Henry branded rail and that "picatinny" rail version is more narrow and the base rotates. I took the Henry rail off the Henry and reinstalled with a shim to artificially rotate the rail for offset and got it balanced

Aim Sports 2.5-10x40 dual illuminated Rifle Scope

by Charles Wilcox, Verified Owner from GA, United States Written on October 20, 2023
I love my scope it’s great. When I put it on my AR-15 and turned it on it was already lined up with the laser. I didn’t have to do anything thanks guys. I only had to make a small adjustment when I bore sighted it. It’s ready to go now.

Aim Sports scope

by Rich, Verified Owner from MN, United States Written on April 25, 2022
I have installed 5-6 of these now on my AR's for myself and friends and have been very happy. I set the laser at 30 yards and scope at 100 yds. Friends are always amazed at how these work with the illuminated reticle when needed and the laser for close in shooting. I will continue to buy and install them.

Great optic’s. I set the laser at 30 yards and the scope at 100 yards in a lead sled. I have gotten several of these for myself and friends and they work great. I use them on AR-15’s and have set up 5 now. Very compact .
