fits right in to the picatinny rail on top of the firearm. I then fit a Sreamlight unit onto it. The combination works as intended and I am pleased with the combination.

AIM sports 45 degree mount
this model is junk. I was going to mount my quick detach red dot on my rifle and the sight was too loose. I tightened it as much as I could and it was still to loose. This product was clearly poorly machined.
45 degree offset
For me, this product worked like a charm. I lost my right eye overseas, and im a right-handed shooter, so it's a little difficult to get a good sight picture with my left eye. This enabled me to use my left eye using my red dot while still shooting right handed.

Review of .45 degree offset mount
The AIM Sports .45 Degree Offset is junk. Aimpoint Holographic Tactical Red and Green Dot Sight was just too lose to use on the picatinny offset. This is due to poor machining. I'm a man of few words even when I write but this will not accept my review without an elaborate magnification of a poorly manufactured item.
