A "gear expert" in the question section said they wouldn't fit. They fit fine but are dimmer than I'd like. A drop of Kroil overnight helped. Install required rubbing the front on sand paper. I like that there is more light around the front. 147 grain seems to hit a poa just like the factory ones did.

As the title says the lamps were dead in 4 years. If I had to do it again and I probably will I would spend more money on better night sights. I’ve had good luck with Trijocon in the past. In the past the trijocon lasted around 10 years.

These sights are a great upgrade over stock they are easy to pick up in low light the factory rear sight will be very stiff coming out but the difference is amazing I would definitely be putting these on more of my pistols
Pros:
- Great sight
- Great site acquisition
Cons:
- Factory site hard to remove

Got these for my S&W Shield 2.0 after seeing the reviews. Big upgrade, well seen in the dark. I doubt you'll be dissapointed if you decide to replace the factory sights. Only downside is getting the factory rear sight out, its pretty tough. Get yourself a good nylon punch while your at it.

Rear sight is bigger than the factory shield sight and will hang over the back of the slide a little bit. The rear sight, the tritium crystal isn't even centered under the opening correctly. Buy a better brand. Not recommended. I don't need that rear sight snagging things coming out of holster. Sucks i had to spend all that money only to get a front sight. Fortunately the front is the exact same height and width as the factory one. Personally i don't like the lighted rear anyway, draws your eyes off the target at night. Another issue with this on a shield model is the distance between the sights. The aperture on the rear is too wide for the shorter distance and there's a lot of fudge room, combine that with the dot not being centered and you'll have a hard time hitting your mark. Junk.
Cons:
- Poor design and description

Heard these were great sights and priced very good. However, I had doubts about using the sights being that most sight are 3 dot. Turns out that I like these sights very much as they make sight acquisition quite easy as opposed to a 3 dot system. They were a great addition to my S&W Shield 9mm.
Pros:
- easy acquisition
- great at night or low light scenarios

Have a ameriglo set without idol and it’s ok but these on a mp shield are money. Get a plastic or brass punch for install. They were tight but do able w punch and hammer. Finish is nice and tritium is bright

Was easy to install with a brass punch just make sure to loosen set screw on ones you remove. Works great in low light conditions as well as in daylight. I am very pleased with my purchase. Is just as good as more expensive ones. I honestly think they are brighter than the ones on my new Sig Scorpion 1911 Carry

Very nice sights. Super bright. Easy to install. Red front sight super easy to pick up in daylight. Delivery was fast and packaged securely. I like them as well or perhaps better than the trujicoms that I have on my Sig. will definitely be putting them on my Newest Glock 30z

These sights are bright and easy use in the dark. They also create a good sight picture during the day, though they do not glow.. I've put about 150 rounds through my Shield since getting them. I would recommend these to a friend.
Pros:
- Good sight picture regardless of light conditions
