Had a recent issue with my ATN x sight 4k pro scope freezing and error. Rod Gerard got me signed up with service ticket and return label to help me get my issue sorted out in a timely manner.

I had an issue where my scope would not turn on. Rod Gerard really helped me out by getting my ticket started and sending me the UPS label. He was very helpful and I really appreciated his timeliness in the matter!

I had an issue with my scope and Rod Gerard was quick to help. He got me setup with a return label for the repair quickly with good communication. Great product and service!

Had an issue and contact ATN customer service. Rod Gerard from ATN was not only helpful but was super punctual at getting me started in the repair process. I wish more took their job as serious as Rod does. Thank you for you assistance!

Recently purchased a Blazehunter 635 LRF and had an issue where the battery wasn’t holding a charge. Rod was great to deal with, answered my questions, and got my part in process the next day. Great service and the thermal is working great as well!

Sending my Thor 5 in for warranty work went smoothly with Rod Gerard heading up the shipping and diagnosing. Look forward to it coming back working better than ever

Had a dead IR Illuminator out the box and called and spoke with Rod Gerard. He not only helped me with my problem, he resolved it in that one phone call. He responded back through email promptly. He created a life long customer because of his service.

The products at ATN are solid. If their is a problem with any of the products ,customer service always takes good care of tending to the problem promptly. I have always gotten return products replaced really fast . Gerad is especially great at what he does in assisting customers.
Best Used for:
- Night hunting hogs and coyotes
