The scope has some incredible hardware and software, but the design makes it nearly impossible to use. Bad choice of mounting method leads to no real choice in mounting solution. Whoever made the decision to use a surefire weapons light mount on a 5,000 dollar optic needs to explain that decision. The scope focal lens sits too low to get a good sight picture without looking through it at a very awkward angle, anything relatively natural results in looking at the bottom right corner of the internal screen. This conclusion was identical with four people trying to mount it on four diffent rifles, I assume it will be the same for most everyone.
